I have known Clare for about 10 years and have had her as a personal trainer, as well as joining in her group exercise using the stability ball. Clare is great fun and a great motivator, she trained a friend and myself when we were training for a half marathon and gave us encouragement and confidence to get through it! I would highly recommend Clare to anyone who wants to keep fit, but also to have a lot of fun and a good laugh!
