1:1 Personal Training

Personal Training is the most effective way to attain exercise and health related goals.  With a busy lifestyle it is sometimes hard to find the time to fit in exercise.

Focusing on exercises specifically designed for you, because everybody is different, not all exercise is suited to all individuals.

Small Group Personal Training

Small Group Personal Training is a unique way for people to benefit from the quality of service of Personal Training but in a small group situation.

The group may be made up of a group of friends, family or work colleagues.

Online Personal Training

NEW Zoom 121 or Group Personal Training available. A really convenient way of exercising in your own home, (on your own or with a group of friends in their locations) for a fun and even more time/cost efficient personal session.

Dance Aerobics

Dance Aerobics is a great fun class set to current and old school popular music.

The moves can either be performed high or low impact depending on fitness, ability and taking into account any injuries.

Fitness Pilates

Fitness Pilates promotes a longer, leaner, toned shape, superb posture, a flat stomach, a strong back and increased mobility and flexibility.  It also increases strength and endurance, improves balance and co-ordination, all without producing over developed or bulky muscles.

Body Blast

Aimed to focus on Intervals of cardio, strength and core where you can work with bursts of all out effort rewarded with short recovery periods.

This type of training keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. Various options are given for all fitness levels.
